This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which customers may cancel their orders, services, or event registrations. Since our foundation also handles donations and welfare contributions, certain transactions are non-cancellable. We encourage all users to read this policy carefully before making a purchase or booking.

Order Cancellations

Customers may cancel their product orders under the following conditions: – Orders can be canceled within **24 hours** of placement without incurring any charges. – Once the product has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible. – If a cancellation request is made after shipment, the customer will need to follow our **Return Policy** for further assistance.

Service and Event Cancellations

For workshops, training programs, or events organized by our foundation: – Cancellations must be requested at least **48 hours prior** to the scheduled time. – If a cancellation is made within the allowed time frame, a partial or full refund may be processed depending on the nature of the service. – No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 48-hour window.

Donations and Welfare Contributions

All donations or contributions made to **Divya Darshan Kishan** are considered **final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable**. Since these funds are directly utilized for farmer welfare projects and ongoing initiatives, they cannot be reversed once received.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved: – Refunds will be processed within **7–10 working days**. – Refunds will only be issued to the **original mode of payment** used during the transaction. – In cases where products have already been shipped, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Exceptions to Cancellations

– Customized or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed. – Bulk or wholesale orders may be subject to special cancellation terms. – Orders placed during promotional sales or special discounts may not be eligible for cancellation.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth processing of cancellation requests, customers must: – Provide accurate details such as order number, invoice, and registered email/phone number. – Raise cancellation requests within the stipulated time frame. – Cooperate with our support team for verification and confirmation.

Our Commitment

We are committed to handling cancellation requests in a fair and timely manner. Our support team is available to guide customers through the process and ensure clarity at each stage. However, we reserve the right to reject cancellation requests that fall outside the terms stated in this policy.
